Clifford Hurst: Consultant - Executive Coach - Author

Cliff is president of Career Impact, Inc., which he founded in 1988. He brings over twenty-five years of management experience to each consulting and training assignment.

Cliff founded the business on the understanding that the only two real assets that any ongoing business has are its customers and its employees. He works with companies who share this philosophy to help them grow the value of both.

Cliff is the author of A Career for the 21st Century: A Handbook for Call Center Agents. He is also the author of a series of CD-ROM courses for managers called The Business Success Series

Cliff is a regular speaker at industry conferences as well as an executive coach for companies and individuals.
