Who Do We Coach? Entrepreneurs • Managers • Executives • Individual Contributors As coaches, we provide perspective; a disinterested perspective. This means that as the coach, we have no personal agenda at stake in your organization. We can be completely honest with you when no one else can. As the owners, managers, executives and other invested contributors, it can be challenging for you to have a sounding board that isn't working within the company with their own agenda. We are not here to give you the answers to your challenges. The answers have to be your own. But, we will ask you the hard questions.. the ones that you may not know how to ask yourself. And we will hold the light for you while you search for the answers that only you can find. How We Coach Our coaching is conducted on-on-one. We meet either in person or by telephone for regularly scheduled appointments about once every two weeks for six to twelve months. We are available between scheduled sessions as needed. At the end of every session, you make specific action steps that you decide to take to carry you forward towards your goals. We then help you hold yourself accountable for doing the things that you say you are going to do. we provide accountability in a safe, non-authoritative, non-judgmental way. You're the driver of the bus. You decide where you want to go and how you are going to get there. We help you map the route.
